Please note: Edible Image Printing cannot be held responsible for orders that do not arrive when you expect them, we do our best to have all orders dispatched within a reasonable time frame - it is then up to Australia Post to deliver, they can sometimes not follow through with their overnight guarantee and this needs to be a risk you the customer is willing to take as we cannot refund orders that do not arrive in time. It is always best to give yourself plenty of time when ordering to avoid last minute disappointment!

This mail option is taken at your own risk, once mailed we have no way of tracking your order and since Australia post mail over 2 million items a day, sometimes things go wrong. For orders that are delayed or go missing, we cannot be responsible. as we have no way of knowing if orders were in fact delivered and stolen or delivered and misplaced etc. Thank you for your understanding in this regard when ordering the free shipping option.

Standard mail with tracking and signature on delivery - $7.00

I recommend this service if you are not in a hurry but want to be sure you can track your parcel while in transit.. it is for peace of mind, especially when placing large orders.

Needing a signature on delivery also ensures that parcels are not left unattended outside apartment buildings etc..

Express mail you can expect next day delivery (as determined by Australia Post)

If you are not sure as to whether your post code fits into the guaranteed overnight express service please check on the www.austpost.com.au website.. it will be dispatched from post code 4221 - if it does not please allow 3-4 BUSINESS DAYS

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), Credit Card and Paypal on all our products. EFT must be received into our bank before goods will be dispatched.
